Privacy Policy
Stockeboda Gård cares about your digital privacy. This page explains which services the website uses, what data they may handle, and what choices you have.
Booking engine and guest portal (Sirvoy)
Bookings and the guest portal are handled by Sirvoy in an embedded window (iframe) on the Book page and in the main navigation. In our own testing, neither the booking engine nor the guest portal set any cookies, and nothing was stored in the browser's own storage. Sirvoy processes the details you enter when booking, such as your name and contact details, to complete and manage your stay.
Server logs (Datadog)
The website's server sends structured error logs to Datadog's EU service, so we can detect and fix technical problems. When a Sirvoy booking token request fails, the log entry carries only the widget name and the HTTP status returned, never the page you were viewing. The access key for Datadog lives on the server only and never reaches your browser.
Visitor and performance monitoring (Datadog RUM)
If you accept cookies, Datadog measures page views, browser errors and performance (such as load time) to help us improve the site. It sets a first-party _dd_s_v2 cookie to recognise your session, and receives your IP address. Monitoring runs on Datadog's EU service, with session replay switched off. Nothing is measured before you accept, and monitoring stops if you reject or later change your choice.
Facebook feed
Our Facebook feed on the home page shows only after you accept cookies; before that, you see a link to our Facebook page instead. In our own testing the plugin itself set no cookies, but if you are already signed in to Facebook in your browser, Facebook’s own cookies may travel into the embedded window regardless of anything this site does — that is outside our control.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Coolify, a self-hosted deployment platform. Visiting a localized page sets a NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language, and the server processes your IP address to serve the request, like any website.
